Refund policy
At AmBelle, every product is created with intention—for skin that is changing, becoming more sensitive, and deserving of thoughtful care. While we aim for every delivery to feel reassuring and seamless, we understand that on rare occasions, a product may arrive with an issue. When that happens, we’ll support you with clarity and fairness.
When a return or replacement is possible
We’re able to offer a return or replacement only if the product you receive:
- Arrives damaged
- Has a manufacturing defect
- Is different from what you ordered
- Is past its expiry date
If you notice any of the above, please contact us at contact@ambelle.in within 24 hours of delivery. To help us assess the issue accurately, we request:
- Your order number
- A clear unboxing video
- Clear images that show the concern
This information allows us to resolve the matter quickly and within courier claim timelines. Please note that you may be charged a return shipping fee of Rs. 99 (flat rate).
What happens next
Once your request is received, our team will review it carefully within 2 working days.
If approved, we’ll arrange the next steps and keep you informed throughout the process.
Returned products are inspected on arrival at our warehouse to ensure they meet hygiene and eligibility standards. Based on this review:
- A replacement may be issued (subject to availability), or
- A refund will be initiated to your original payment method
If the return does not meet eligibility criteria, the product will be sent back to you.
Items we’re unable to accept
To protect product safety and hygiene, we cannot accept returns for:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items that did not suit your skin or expectations
- Purchases made during sales or promotions
- Products with tampered seals or altered batch details
- Orders returned due to a change of mind
Skincare responses vary from person to person. While AmBelle is formulated for hormone-responsive, midlife skin, individual results cannot be guaranteed.
About delivery condition
If the outer packaging appears opened, damaged, or tampered with, we recommend declining the delivery. Once accepted, we’re unable to take responsibility for missing or compromised contents.
Refund timelines
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the product clears quality checks at our warehouse.
Please allow 7–14 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations & exchanges
- Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch
- We currently do not offer exchanges
- To explore another product, a new order can be placed at any time
